A Step in the Right Direction: Nigeria’s Commitment to Climate Action and Women’s Empowerment

The recent announcement by the Nigerian Minister for Women’s Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, to establish a Climate Division in the Ministry and introduce a Women in Green Economy Programme in 2025, is a commendable step in the right direction.
